Petticoat is NOT included. Size: 5/6 Armpit to Armpit: 16" Flat Waist: 11.5" Flat Hip: 19.5" Flat Length (Waist to Hem): 46" Union Made Made in the USA Overall good condition. Some staining and dirt especially around hem and train.
