This is a AIRism open cardigan in a size medium from Uniqlo that is designed to be dry, cool in the heat, and with a "UV cut." It is black and has slits on the side. It was a pre-pandemic office wear purchase I never ended up wearing much although the care tag is cut out. In great shape!
