Uniqlo Black and Blue Striped Shift Dress Size M, but this is from Japan so it runs a little smaller. I'd say S/M. I wear a size 4 or 6 and it fits me fine. It's a thicker stretch material. Very cute, practically new! Great from work to drinks! Pair it with a chunky necklace and you're good to go.
