Uniqlo Japanese style dress in Black

Japanese style dress, I bought this in Japan this summer but it’s too big on me even though it’s a small. In my defense it was very cute and I didn’t pack hardly any clothes because I was brought an empty suitcase to buy Japanese snacks I’m 5’ tall n this dress is about 6” off the ground when I wear it … it’s long… that’s the style in Japan.
