Tag says it should fit 24-25 but I typically wear 24-25 and found them too big at the waist for where I wanted them to sit. I’d say it fits better for 25-27 inch waists. I think I’d pair these with a sweater in fall/winter. Super warm cozy material and the color is flatter on everybody.
