Uniqlo pleated navy skirt

Very cute pleated skirt! The tag mentions a waist size of 26-27 but it is stretchy too. This skirt has been washed and worn many times but the pleats remain sharp. There may be one or two very small snags in the fabric that are barely visible. The pleated fabric is sheer, but there is a second slightly shorter lining layer underneath.
