Uniqlo ruffle floral dress

New never worn The dress material is very light weight and has a dress lining under the pattern as shown in the last photos. The length between the top of the dress and waist line is low (6 in) and shown in the second to last picture. The sleeve width is also shown in the last photo (~5 in) . The waist is not elastic the puff sleeves are not elastic. The only elastic part is on the back of the dress as shown in the photos. Measurements Length (starting from puff sleeves): 34.5 inches Bust: 17 in Waist: 17.5 in Hip: 20 in Sleeve length: 12.5 in
