Perfect for the holidays! A little retro. A little Dr.Seuss. This top is very artsy. Looks high end. You will certainly turn heads and get compliments. Has a raw hem at the neck. Almost crop. Pullover. No buttons or zippers. Upper half is a little structured and stiff. Bottom half is very lightweight. I purchased this new but never wore it. Please see photos.
