Unique Appliqued Velour Jacket

This beautifully appliqued jacket has vibrant colors on a black background. The buttons appear to be shell. Unfortunately, the tag has been cut out. Measurements are: 21" pit to put 26" down the back 24" sleeves I am a 12-14 women's and it is just a bit snug across my back.
