Unique Artisan made wristlet

This unique wristlet was designed using scraps of upholstery fabric. Each creation is a one of a kind using recycled fabrics, and other materials that are reused such as the straps. Made by an artist who calls her company Stella Blue, her motto is Recycle. Refuse and Reuse. They are unique and ecologically responsible!
