This is such a beautiful off-white and blue striped blouse! It has been worn enough that washing has dulled the care instructions. It has no flaws. All buttons are attached, including the two on the collar which as you can see, keep the scarf in place. Works for necklaces, too. It has a fitted style with two vertical darts on front and back. Very figure flattering! It is a blend of cotton, nylon and spandex for a little stretch. Long sleeves can be turned up or worn buttoned down. It looks like Dry Clean Only is the care direction, but I always machine washed it in warm water with like colors and machine dried and it is in great shape.
