Unique Beaded Necklace with Stone, Crystal and Cameo Pendant

Pendant hangs approximately 2.5” from necklace, 16” chain, hangs apps 11”including pendant Chain allows for some shortening of necklace length Silver tone chain, partial beaded and pendant is a brown varied stone oval in silver tone with, red crystals at top and a cameo face above. Never worn and a very university and beautiful peace Pendant has some markings / initials in back but I did not recognize them.
