Unique Bebe dress - never worn, never sold. Straight from the design floor

This is a one-of-a-kind Bebe dress in that it was not only ever worn, but never sold. Came straight from the design floor. Was gifted to me along with several others and quite honestly, I just don’t have enough events to wear them all to Very comfortable material and fit Top to bottom: 37” Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 14” across
