Unique Black Dress with Pink Built-in Shirt

This unique dress has a bubble skirt with additional fabric on the sides that give the skirt added texture. The pink top is built in to the dress and attaches at the waistline. Please ask questions if my description is confusing. This is a tough dress to describe, but super cute on!
