Unique Black Skirt with ribbon accents

Unique black skirt with ribbon accents. The uneven pointed hem makes this skirt very whimsical and flows beautifully when you walk. Cute with ballet flats, flip flops or boots. Although this skirt was made in France, I bought this skirt in Madrid in 2004 for a Xmas party. It's been well-kept with no tears, rips or stains.
