Unique Black blouse with buttons and tie

Black collared wrap blouse with 4 tortoise buttons and a bow tie closure. Size small. Very unique wrap blouse with many details. Tulip sleeves. Material is 77% rayon 23% nylon. Doesn’t look like it would get really wrinkly.
