Unique Blue Dress with Pockets

I bought this dress at a boutique in South Africa, and the brand is not available in the States, as far as I can tell. It's a perfect summer dress and fits great - tighter on top with a loose skirt that goes past the knees. It zips up the back and has deep pockets that are hard to see in the picture. It's been one of my favorites for a long time - I've grown out of it, but would love this dress to go to a good home!
