Handmade dress by Unique Boutique Kathy. Very well made. Used for pageant wear. Original owners. I added the lace and red bottom ruffle to add length. The size is a 10 but I personally feel it fits a size 7 & 8 best. Super cute. The bows are removable and may be used as hair clips if you wish.
