Unique Brazilian Retro Black and White Polka Dot Dress w- Red Sash

I bought this playful dress at a street fair in Sao Paulo Brazil, but never wore it because it ended up being too small on me. It’s such a sweet dress though, so I hope it finds a wonderful new home! It has a tightly spaced black and white polka dot pattern, with flared cap sleeves, a v-neckline, a zipper up the back and a fitted waistline. It comes with the red sash shown but can be paired with a variety of belts to switch up the style. Please note that my dress form is too small for this dress so it appears wrinkly as it was hanging funny. Size: PP: extra pequeno (extra small), which I know may be different in Brazil, so please refer to the approximate measurements listed in the photos, and then make sure to measure a similar item you own to figure out the fit.
