@briostyln the dress is 36" long, unstretched the underarm to underarm measurement is 13" but the fabric is extremely stretchy and I could pull it out to 18.5". The narrowest part of the dress is 12" but stretches to 17.5". These are the laying flat measurements. It is a very stretchy dress. It is 78% viscose, 22% polyamide.
