🌸Unique Floral Dress!

I found this dress at a boutique in Long Beach. I love the high and rolled neck because it’s structured yet feminine. The back is unique because the skirt is detached from the back area, leaving an inch of skin showing. The upper back has a zipper. Very cute pattern of pink and lime green flowers on a navy background.
