Unique Forever 21 Black Blue Ombre String Cocktail Dress Size S/XS

Size small black forever 21 dress with blue and black ombre strings that drape down. I wore this once for NYE years ago and it has been in my closet ever since. Very unique style and in like new condition. Zips up the side and has a button in the top of the back. Please see measurements and ask any questions, it has slight stretch but I feel like it is more of an XS fit as it is definitely tight on me. I'm 5'5" tall, approximately 32C, 27" waist for reference.
