Unique Free People patterned tie front tunic dress

Really unique short sleeve mini dress/tunic I’ve never seen anywhere else with a cool geometric black and white pattern. A bit shorter in the front than the back (which I like since you don’t have to worry about bending over). I tended to wear it with leggings and boots though since it is on the shorter side in the front. Good shape except for a very small stain on the side of the skirt (not obvious at all, I remembered there was one somewhere and it took me forever to find it).
