Unique Grey Floral w/ Lace Woven Sleeve Detail

Unique grey with navy roses shirt, with ¾ sleeves. Size small, relaxed drapey fit, with wider neck. Dept brand. The sleeves have a heavy duty woven lace like detail with silver rivets. It's made of a heavy duty cotton material, but is still very soft. I don't know how it happened, but somehow the woven details on the sleeves got snagged up in a few places. One of the rivets lost its luster as well. This was a really high end shirt when I got it. Haven't worn it in a long time, pulled it out of the drawer and saw the damages. They don't really take away from the look of the shirt. Someone verse in sewing might be able to mend the spots, or do something creative with patches? No stains or damage otherwise.
