Unique Halter Top with Necklace “Tie-Back”

This is a very unique one-of-a-kind halter top with a necklace sewn in that acts as the neck tie-back. Top also has an interesting back panel and a fabric pattern made for summer days and nights. Tag says dry clean only (due to necklace) but I have successfully hand washed.
