Best fits about a size 4-6 Made of a soft and slinky fabric, elastic at the waist to keep it clinched in. Approx 26" waist unstretched, stretches to about 30" (I had ~28" waist in the cover pic) Back neck to crotch 29" Only flaw is a small spot where a layer of the fabric slipped out of the seam. Not noticeable when worn though and this fabric will not fray, so it won't affect the quality. This was a mystery fabric so my best guess is 96/4 polyester/spandex Wash cold, hang dry or tumble dry low
