Unique NWT dress 1X

This dress is an eye catcher! The print makes the dress look like it's textured, but it's not. It's fitted (but stretchy) up top and has a bit of a flare on the bottom. The fabric has quite a bit of stretch to it. New with Tags Size: 1x Length: 41 inches Bust: 22 inches (measured pit to pit)
