Unique Skirt

Bought this skirt in Italy- super cute pattern and detail. Grosgrain ribbon around lower waist. Fitted around waist and lower waist with a a pleated skirt. Zips up on side! Great skirt that hits just below my knees (I’m 5’ 3”). No size on skirt but I would say it fits like a size 0 US
