St. John Black & Silver Raised Rose Design Jacket GORGEOUS & UNIQUE!!! Make it yours today! This jacket has cape like 3/4 sleeves. It measures approx. 18 1/2” from underarm to underarm. I wear a M to L or 12 in blouses depending on the fit, and this fit perfectly. It is approx. 19” in length. It also has shoulder pads, but I believe they can be removed. There is one possible blemish that I can see, just below the snap at the neck, there appears to be a possible snag.
