Unique Tunic Top/Dress Cultural Tassel Large

A very unique tunic Top/dress that was gifted to me. it is a cultural garment- I'm not sure what it is called or which culture it is from. it is a royal blue with metallic detailing and bright yellow, red, green and blue pattern. both sides are slit up to about the hip. one side is laced up with tassels. fits like a large.
