kazano Hi :) For flat measurements, the waist is about 14-14.5 inches and the chest area is about 18 inches pit to pit with extra pleated cloth for the bust.

kazano @victorias2009 Hi there, pardon the delay. Haven't been on! The dress lands below the knee to mid-calf depending on your height. I'm 5'4 and it hits me mid-calf as you can see on final picture. Also the dress I'm wearing is the size Small, the measurements above is for the size Large that is being sold on this listing.
