Unique Vintage 1940s Necktie Blouse

I got this shirt from Unique Vintage and it fit my torso (my waist is about 46 in) with room to spare but the arms were way too long. I think this shirt was meant for someone taller than 5'6. I love this shirt, it is incredibly sophisticated and sexy. It also came with a bizarre black fleck on the front that almost looks like a pen point. I held a dime up for comparison in photos. I only noticed this while hanging it up. I just opened this package, tried it on and realized it was too big.
