Unique Vintage Brenner handkerchief dress

Vintage Brenner dress with handkerchief neck. This dress has the best 90s color combination-teal, pink, and purple. Handkerchief neck is attached to dress with one side being pink and another purple. Has elastic waist with pink loops for belt but dress does NOT have a belt. Fabric content is unknown but the fabric has some texturing. See photos for details. No size/fabric care tags.
