Unique Vintage High waist Quinn Black skinny pants

These pants are new with tags never worn. size small but are very stretchy smocked elastic in the waist to accommodate up to size medium. the material in general also has some stretch to it. waist unstretched 12.5" hips 16" 29" inseam. black not available online anymore so I've included the picture of the burgundy currently offered to show on model. the ones for sale are black. I'll steam out the wrinkles before shipping!
