mamajx5 @cscook13 It should. I wear a 28/29 and it fits me fine; but I've never worn it through belt loops on pants. I wore it a few times as a center wrap on dresses. The belt has a lot of elastic stretch so I fee sure it would work. I can measure it if you would like 💁💕

It can stretch much larger when worn. Hope this helps, and again, my sincere apologies for the delayed response.

mamajx5 @kokomagana123 It's 29" laying flat. It has a lot of stretch to it, so if you're okay with the stretch, it should fit. Hope this helps.
