This is a lightweight fabric with a shirred bodice and smocking around the sides and back. Zipper closure in the back. It does have pockets. Looks great with a petticoat, but the skirt is not lined. It once had a big red bow on the front, but I removed it because I didn’t like the way it looked. The straps are adjustable with button holes. The measurements are bust 30” with stretch from the smocking. The waist measures as 26,” but again, there is a good bit of stretch from the smocking. From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
