Unique Vintage Red Plaid Carmen Half Sleeve Dress

Red Plaid dress just above the knee, sleeves fall at the elbows and end with a keyhole and bow tie style. Dress features a cowl V neckline with a triangle cutout at the back to add an extra touch as well as a little black felt rose pin on the front. SKIRT has 2 plated kick vents at the back but has a single back zipper with keyhole and eye closure.
