Smak Parlour brand dress with peter pan collar sold at Unique Vintage in good pre owned condition. I bought this second hand and did not notice any flaws. I never wore it. Size Small with stretch, fabric tag in photos. Loose fit on XS mannequin. Around knee to mid length depending on height. If you've seen pics of it on the model appearing to be a mini this is misleading. Has pockets My mannequin's measurements are: Shoulder 15", Bust 32.3, Waist 25.2, Hip 34.3. I don't pin anything on the mannequin. Approximate size XS or 0-2.
