Size small/4 pls see measurements in photos. Bust is 17” PTP waist is 14” across ish and length is about 40. These are approximate and this fabric does have a little bit of stretch. The skirt is super full and would look great with a crinoline underneath! Such a fun retro style! NWT never worn.
