New With Tags! Unique Vintage floor length powder blue sparkle dress. Off shoulder, with a long slit on the right side. Also come with matching long gloves! This is a size 22, and has a good amount of stretch. I would say it is closer to a true 18-20, but there are measurements listed in photos for details. Tried on, never worn, and stored in a garment bag hanging in the closet. The item was final sale, and while I love the look and the fit, it just wasn’t my favorite for the event I attended.
