A rare find! A true vintage flapper style Virginie Paris dress! Micro pleats with a banded elasticized hem. Dress can expand to fit size small to large! Easy to wear for a special occasion or your next 1920’s event! Blue/purple with aquamarine colors with white and black designs throughout the dress. Measures:46” from top to bottom of banded area. Just the Banded bottom in black is 10”. All other proportions expand or contract to fit the wearer!
