Unique White Blouse

Great details and nice fabric on this blouse. I apologize for the wrinkles but didn’t want to attempt ironing this! I bought at a consignment shop in Brooklyn and didn’t try it on. Looked like a medium, it’s not. I’d say a large to even an XL. It’s a bit oversized but so cool! Not for a petite person, it would swallow you. It’s a statement top! I wanted to wear it with a formal taffeta long skirt for a wedding. 😾
