Unique and fun blouse!!!

Navy and white small polka dots with 3 buttons. After the last button, the material just flows open as you can see in the picture. It's very slinky and 100% rayon...dry clean only. I always use the Woolite at home dry cleaning kits for little stuff like this and dresses. It works!!!! Approximately 27 inches in length so it's on the longer side and a little over 17 inches across the bust. Runs a little big. The skirt is also available in my closet😉
