I purchased in Japan and never worn it. Still in a great condition. It’s not as high as a turtle neck actually but keeps you warm around the neck. I don’t have the material tag since I cut it off in the beginning but I think it’s like a cotton sweater but slightly thicker so it might contain some poly.. but feels very comfortable! The buttons are actually attached so you don’t take them off every time when you put it on!
