bpennywhys @sarochka hi. Thank you for your interest. Again I'm not at home and I will provide you the measurements tomorrow, not sure of the material composition. And as far as stretch I'm not at ease defining what comfortably is for anyone else. Depending on the size of the item and whether it has any stretch material you have to gauge whether it would be comfortable for you or not.

bpennywhys @sarochka hi. The top is 96% rayon 4% spandex so it has stretch to it in fact it's oversized. Without stretching from armpit to armpit it is approximately 16 inches, waist 17 inches and shoulder to end @29 inches.
