Unique design dress with rose embellishment

I got this dress from a NYC boutique five or six years ago and it’s amazing! I forget the designer as the tag fell off a while ago but if I remember I will update the post. I love love love the raised embellished roses. It must have previously had a waist belt but does not now. It is a size S. Has a soft, stretchy inner lining. The roses are hand sewn. Made in NYC— missing tags but I remember that much. If I were to decide to keep it, I would get a couple of darts sewn in to cinch the waist more— a quick and cheap fix to give it more definition, and it would be perfection 🥰 Posting to solicit interest! Paid over $150 second-hand.
