RARE designer dress by Parker for day, night, office…

This rare dress by Parker is with an attractive, blue and black pattern and black fishnet accents like the long sleeves. Zips up the back with slit. Fabric is difficult to explain… It is thick enough for fall and winter weather and possibly spring, but it is not stiff and it is very comfortable. It fits many different figures. It has a bit of a stretch, but not tight. Looks great with knee-high or over the knee black boots. Great for daytime, night, and office. Very good condition.
