Unique halter-style top with peplum

Beautiful chartreuse halter-style blouse with asymmetrical ruffle and peplum. Comfortable fabric with a little stretch. Keyhole closure with button & loop at back of neck. Runs small! This size 18/20 fits like a 14/16 perfectly; therefore I listed it as a 14/16 for search purposes. Only worn once or twice
