Unique hand crafted leather + woven grass handba

Hand painted vintage leather bag with raffia handle and woven grass details. Depicts a turtle on both sides. If anyone knows anything more about where this came from I'm super curious about it. Super unique. One side of one handle is a little frayed but still working.
