Unique navy blue top from Venus, size MEDIUM.

This top is quite special because I don't see a lot like it out there. It's from Venus. It's a navy blue, and has a v-neck. It has an attached belt with a gold colored buckle. The sleeves are sheer with little polka dots and just so darn adorable. It's size MEDIUM. This blouse looks amazing with dress pants and a cute pair of heels! Unfortunately I removed the tags, but I actually never got to wear this. Thanks for looking!
